Welcome to our White Sands Condo from Rent On Padre. This is a Beautiful 3BR/2BA Duplex located on South Padre Island. This is a gorgeous second story of a duplex that sleeps up to 11 people! This condo is very spacious with lots of room for everyone.. You get 2 King Size Beds, and a sleeper sofa. The third bedroom is a bunk room which includes a twin bunk, and full/twin bunk. It is fresh and clean!

Also included are Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher as well as other things to make it easier to enjoy your home away from home

This condo has a view of the water. You can see the Gulf from the front balcony and the Bay from the Back Balcony.

This condo is located at 113 White Sands. You are less than a block to the Beach Access. This may be a private residential duplex, but you do have many of the amenities you get at a larger condo complex. You have access to the Holiday Inn Express pool and hot tub right outside your back door. It is gorgeous and well kept. During the busy spring and summer, you can watch the fireworks at Clayton's from your front balcony! Or head out to the beach to see them, Clayton's is just around the corner!

Located nearby is the Sea Turtle Inc, which is the turtle rescue center, as well as the Convention Center and Clayton's. You will love this house!

First of all, Melissa is a fantastic hostess! She is so friendly and welcoming! Her instructions and expectations are very clear. She provides great information on what to bring with and places to see during your stay. Read everything for this booking BEFORE you book to save money (we had no issues whatsoever, just get all information).
Lovely space for our 9 plus a toddler group close enough to the beach but away from the main road. Just the right amenities. We had a blast!

Our stay was 4 nights. Easy access to beach and local sites. Clean, great for large family. Manager lives on property so was not bothered by too much noise from close neighbors being a stand alone duplex. Only drawback was parking in driveway for just 2 cars. Our third vehicle had to find parking on street but got lucky to find a spot close by. Not a new property but had everything we needed.

We loved this house. Melissa downstairs was a great help. You can watch fireworks from the house, grill in the back yard. Being able to use the pool at the hotel behind us was incredible. The house had wonderful colors and comforatble beds. This is going to be our new vacation place

We had a fun weekend with our kids and their friends. We comfortably slept ten. I would consider it a good value for the space. While it is lacked some on site amenities, it was clean and comfortable. We did not take advantage of the Holiday Inn pool, but we’re given the option. There is not a true master bedroom with its own bathroom, but the two bathrooms worked well enough for our group.

If you want to be close to some action near Clayton’s, this is a short walk and a good location. The friendly owner lives beneath the unit. There’s parking for two vehicles, but it can be a challenge depending on the weekend to place more vehicles nearby.

Very close to the beach (can see the beach from front balcony literally 2 minutes walking)

Rental had everything needed (utensils, silverware, pots ,pans, washer and dryer)

Have access to pool which is located at the Holiday inn right in back of rental only need to check in at front desk and they will provide the wrist bands which are good for the entire stay.

Let me start by saying that property management was very responsive to the issues she could help with, such as broken DVD player and dropping off a set of new pans. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well enough for a group of 10 people who actually needed to cook. The house was an adequate size for 10 people and just a short walk to the beach. Overall it was nice, but worn out and needing refreshing. The mattresses on every bed are very firm. The nights were long and uncomfortable. It wouldn’t take much to make this place into a 5 star, but it isn’t one yet, not in my opinion.

Unit was very clean, we have rented other homes/condos at the Island & this one was by far the cleanest. Loved the location being just a quick walk from the beach. The unit was spacious and comfy. The unit comes with two tandem parking spaces but the owner was nice enough to let us use a couple of extra spaces since we had more than 2 vehicles. No cons for this unit at all.

Our host was very pleasant and a wealth of knowledge when it came to what places to eat and what to do. The location of the house was perfect with the beach about a 2 block walk and the turtle rescue across the street. My family consisted of 4 adults and one child. There was plenty of room for us. The only “issue” we experienced was a leak in the kitchen sink and once I informed the host she sent someone to fix it within the day. I did tell the host that one of the bunk beds was alittle creaky and we had to take the mattress off and put it on the floor to sleep. She did say they would tighten it up and address it for the next guests:). Overall we had a great experience and would definitely visit again!

We had a great time. Two families stayed in this rental with 3 young kids and we couldn’t have been happier with the rental. Not a long walk to the beach & really enjoyed the free access to the hotel pool behind the house. We talked with the property manager that lives on the bottom level several times and she was great! My family and I (11 of us) stayed here for a weekend and we really enjoyed it. The condo is on a dead end road so it did not have much traffic and is only a block walk to the beach access. Also a very short walk to Clayton's and we had pool access from Holiday Inn which is pretty much right behind the backyard. The condo was very roomy, everyone had plenty of space. Although, the sofa in the pictures is not the one in the condo; the one in the condo is very comfortable. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others who have a large family that wants to stay together.

This house was perfect! Very pretty and clean. Our group of eight (4 kids 4 adults) had plenty of room. The kitchen had more pots/pans/utensils than I expexted. The location was great. It's a very short walk to the beach- So convenient. Also close enough that we were able to walk to the Sea Turtle Rescue and Nature and Birding Center. The back patio is bigger than I expected. (Bonus-There is an outdoor shower for getting the sand and salt off!) Melissa the owner was great, very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was just what we were looking for and was even better than the pictures on the website described. We actual have a time share but were unable to use it on short notice, (6 weeks) we are so happy we found Rent On Padre, Inc. Excellent condo and experience, excellent price.

I'm glad to say everything was so wonderful. My family and I enjoyed how close we were to the beach and had access to a pool as well. The condo all together was just the right size for our family. Everything was on point, we definitely would give this stay a 5 star! Loved the price and location.
