You will definitely enjoy this lovely condo with wonderful details from Rent On Padre! The owner loves this condo and you can definitely tell by the details! The 10 Foot ceilings and 8 foot doors make you feel like you are living in style! The granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking at home a pleasure if you decided to stay in for a night. You get a main Bedroom with a King size bed. There is a King size bed in the second bedroom as well as a queen size bed in the extra room outside the bedrooms. You also have a sleeper sofa in the living room.

You are located on the first floor, within steps of both your private boat slip and the pool. You can sit on your private balcony and enjoy the infinity pool that overlooks the marina. Beside the pool is a hot tub for you to soak in. The Beach is just a short walk away.

There will be an additional wristband charge that will be charged when we confirm your reservation. The cost during peak times is $25 per wristband. Peak rental dates are: the month of March, the weekend before Easter and through Easter Saturday, Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. All other times are $10 each.

We are empty nesters and decided to vacay on South Padre Island. Luckily, we had a great time considering a change of 50 degrees in a week from our home in north Texas.
The islanders were residents and winter Texans. There are plenty of restaurants for variety and there are of course, those shops selling beach items. The water was chilly but nice to walk along. It was great!

This unit is perfect it has a washer and dryer in it right out the back deck you just walk over to the pool and hot tub and the layout of the unit is perfect. We love it here. Melissa Smallman is the property manager and she does such a good job she’s very attentive and knowledgeable. There’s a friend looking for people to meet down at the pool and sit and talk smarts and the guys have a beer. It’s just a quiet nice place to be. Located in the northern end of the island it’s quiet and there isn’t as much traffic.

We enjoy our first time to the Island. The beach was clean and the water was nice. The location of the property was nice on the canal because it allowed us to do some fishing. We enjoyed a Sunset Horseback riding tour on the beach. We visited the turtle place and bird watching/nature preserve. Enjoyed the fireworks over the bay. Ate at Tequila Sunset and The Painted Marlin. Learned lots of great sand castle building tips at Sand Camp.

Nice little place. Plenty of room for family of four, especially with the fold out bed. Location is excellent as well! Far away enough that the bars don’t affect you and the noise is minimal but close enough to enjoy the fireworks pretty easily and a quick drive to everything.

This is very nice place to stay. Perfectly located on the island. It was very quiet and peaceful. The decor is perfect and the place was overall pretty clean. The property manager was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. This unit does need a little TLC. However, I would HIGHLY recommend Las Marinas and will definitely book again :)

The condo was clean and well furnished. However, there was not a grill as advertised in the booklet, which was disappointing.

The condo needs some maintenance work. The dishwasher is coming apart and the vinyl on the kitchen cabinets is all coming off.

The management is nice to provide soap and paper goods. They could provide some glass cleaner for the dining room table though. The beds were clean and they provide plenty of linens.

The amenities are nice. The pool is excellent and the marina is in good shape.

This is such a great place to stay for a fisherman. You literally walk down the steps from your patio to your boat. This is a well kept unit. Beds were good. Large open kitchen. I will definitely be back to stay here. Rent on Padre was easy to work with.

We love this condo. Also, thanks to our property manager, Melissa Smallman, any issues are quickly resolved. This is a beautifully designed home. The heated pool is just steps away, as is the ocean. The restaurants cater to winter Texans and we enjoy the food on the island and Port Isabel. There are a variety of activities to participate in also.

Me and my wife stayed for 6 nights. It was one of our best vacations together. The unit was really nice, clean, and comfortable. Beautiful condo in quiet location. Definitely figure out how to bring a boat with you because dock is included in your stay. The pool and hot tub are crystal clean. The condo is quite lovely and actually has an additional sitting room that I’m guessing was the pull out sofa. The one downside to our stay was housekeeping had overlooked quite a bit, however management was very responsive and had someone out there quickly to take care of the things I had mentioned on the phone (change bed linens and take out the trash). The rest we either took care of ourselves or blew off to beach life.

This is my 6th time staying in these condos. The location is awesome and we enjoy the boat slip steps away. Im glad you replaced the mattresses (thank you). But the condo does need attention. (Oven handle, microwave, and cabinet doors, and sofas need to be replaced). Over all we have always enjoyed our stay..

The property was as pictured in the photographs. The decor is so cute! I also loved the location. We were able to drive to the beach access in 1 minute. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The condo was clean but there were just a few minor issues that really should be addressed. The bathroom sink (attached to the 2nd bedroom) was slow to drain. The lamp in the family room seems to be shorting out or it's loose somewhere. It took me forever to finally get it to turn off and also the pole is not tight on the base. I tried to tighten it but couldn't get it to so it just kind of leans. The pullout sofa is broken so my son ended up just sleeping on the couch. Also there are no extra blankets for the pullout sofa. There are only 2 blankets...1 for each bedroom. We couldn't get the WiFi to work. The WiFi name they gave us didn't even show up as an option. I didn't bother calling them about it since we were gone so much. We did have a person take our parking spot so I called Rent On Padre and they took care of it immediately. Very friendly staff! Overall, it was a great stay...just needs a few things fixed.

Check in and out were easy. Rental rules are common sense, throw our tour trash, treat it like your own. Rooms were as described and the swan towel welcome was too cute. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious. Kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed. The sofa pull-out in living room is not working properly so we didn't use it after all. The infinity pool was so relaxing, spent lots of time in there. This is our condo of choice and we'll be back!

As a fisherman this was paradise. You have your own slip, table to clean fish and has a power outlet at your slip. Room is very spacious and kitchen is big with living room. Nice private bathrooms each room I like that. The only inconvenience was the bed mattress. Of course you dont have the confort of home.

The condo was great! It was roomy with two baths and it was the ground floor! I would recommend a fresh paint job as the walls had a scuff marks! In addition the mattress in the bedroom on the left needs to be replaced! It sinks in the middle! It also needs a good set Of steak knives But all in all the condo was great! The bay was beautiful and the boat slip was fantastic for The kayak! The pool was wonderful. The location was good for us as it was on the edge of the city limits and in a quiet area! Our stay was great. The condos were exactly what we were looking for. My only complaint wad that the pull out sofa in 104 wad in the living room instead of the extra space room. This is my third time staying in this building and probably 5th or 6th with this same company. I love these condos! Theyre not right on the beach but theyre cheaper, still super close and its very peaceful on this bay side. I do love this building and have loved all three condos that I have stayed in here. I have always had excellent customer service with this company! Ill always use them cause ive had some bad experiences with others.

This condo in particular had nice linens,every kitchen utensil youd ever need and the furniture was not all cheaply made like some rentals are. The bed was great and the TV and cable worked. Also the showers were great and good water pressure. No complaints about this condo other than its so dang bright in the morning but thats a personal preference. Its right next door to the pool.

Didn't have a boat but the channel and slips were very nice and well maintained. The part we enjoyed most was the infinity pool and jacuzzi. Only negative thing we found was that the electric grill wouldn't work, other that best vacation and rental I've ever had.

The condo was very nice and the pool area was great.The view was awesome!! I think the cleaning staff could do a little better. The main bathroom leading to bedroom door panel needs be wiped down. Ionce in a while cleaning people should wipe down base boards. Really need to clean vent in kitchen and clean wall. Not very nice to look at when your eating. Had a little problem with the spring breaker ringing are door bell cause they were to drunk and very loud at times. Overall the condo was a good place to stay and I would come back. Sorry I was down on cleaning stuff but, I use to clean houses.
