This is a beautiful 2BR/2BA condo at Saida Towers from Rent On Padre. This is a penthouse in one of the front buildings right upfront by the Gulf of Mexico. The View is SPECTACULAR! This condo is too. It is recently remodeled. It is fresh, clean, and beautiful! Saida 2606 has a wonderful beach feel and sleeps 8. There is a beautiful king size bed in your master suite as well as an incredible view. The second bedroom has a Queen and a bunk bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The Kitchen is remarkable. The granite countertops are beautiful. The Kitchen is new and well stocked. You will love cooking in this kitchen. You also get Smart TV's and high speed TV's to keep you connected to the outside world!

The Saida Towers resort is one of the Largest, if not the nicest on the Island. This condo is located in a private, gated community. This beautiful unit overlooks 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, tennis courts, poolside bar and grill and of course....the beach.

You will be within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is nearby! South Padre Island has so much to offer!

  We just got home from a 3 week stay at Sunrise on the Beach. Our stay was absolutely perfect. We have rented many condos from HomeAway, VRBO and such, but this was by far the most seamless, organized and customer service forward experience we have had. Billie and staff at Rent on Padre were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed for a Perfect stay!
  
  Now - as far as the condo goes, it was really lovely. The parking lot is gated but we never had to wait to enter. We were always able to park very near to the building. The elevator was a real plus, as the condo was located on the top floor. Everything was extremely clean and well kept. The grounds, common building areas, pool areas (there are 3 lovely pools! And a little Tiki Bar.), boardwalk to the beach, etc were all perfectly clean at all times. Great staff! Swimming in the pool was great - and long walks on the beautiful beach were a real plus!
  
  The unit itself was phenomenal. Perfectly sized kitchen with everything needed. A large dining table area and stools by the counter provided lots of places to sit and enjoy a meal. The living room was comfortable and had a large easy to operate television. Each of the two bathrooms were perfectly appointed. The master bedroom was comfortable and had a great mattress. Also another TV for night viewing in bed. The second bedroom had a tv as well. Two bunk beds and a double bed. Each bedroom had a large closet which was great! The best part of the condo, though was the massive Lanai! It is facing the water and every morning we were treated to a beautiful sunrise. Hours of sitting on the covered lanai gazing at the water was all I needed to relax. Anyways, you get the picture! It was perfect and beautiful. I hope we can go back soon!

  The unit was very good - top floor end unit, easy beach access, nice hot tub and heated pool, and nice benefit - free use of tennis and pickleball equipment although tennis rackets are older.   Overall this place was better than we expected. It's spacious with an excellent layout. The balcony is large and has a great view of the ocean. It's on the top floor so no neighbors above, so it's pretty quiet. The location is fantastic. There are many good restaurants and shopping within walking distance. You can walk out to the beach. Great ammenities. If you bring your dog with you there is an area for the dogs with dog waste bags. The only complaints I have is that there are no instructions for the entertainment system. I could only get the TV to work. I was unable to get the DVD to work. Additionally there were quite a few sugar ants in the kitchen area. You can't leave any food crumbs anywhere or the ants will be all over everything.

  Overall we had a very nice time at this condo. It was on the 6th floor and faced the beach which was very nice.
  
  In the photos for the condo it showed nice furniture and when we showed up there was a double recliner that was very old. A mechanism inside the chair was broken as we arrived. It was hard to sit comfortably in the chair.
  
  In the guest bathroom I actually fixed the aerator for the sink. I unscrewed and found mineral deposits blocking water flow. It worked better but the problem still need to be addressed. Also, the exhaust fan in this bathroom was squeaking loudly half of the time.
  
  In the master bathroom the toilet tank float valve broke and was running constantly. We shut off the valve to save the owner on their water bill and used the guest toilet.
  
  On the arrival instruction sheet it was noted that the gate code was 842. We just assumed it was the front drive in security gate because it was right after going through the front gate. They should have said: "The beach access gate code is 842" and that would have helped as we were locked out and someone from the pool had to come over and help us.
  
  Also, in the kitchen on the counter we found ants which tried to get into our food....
  
  Overall, the condo is a great place but the Management of said condo can do a better job of managing the staying experience.

  Overall our stay in Saida 2606 was very good. With a couple exceptions the unit was well equipped. I would suggest supplying oven mitts or include it on the list of not supplied. Beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. Reclining loveseat in living room was nice but the couch and matching loveseat look more comfortable than they are. Beautiful view of the ocean was hampered by a vey large window blind that was broken. We found a way to tie it up. An electric grill is available on the very large balcony, however the outdoor GFI outlet trips when the grill is plugged in and couldn’t be used. Luckily we had extension cord that we could plug into an interior outlet.

  Nice, quiet condo complex. Gated community 24/7 felt very safe. The condo was very clean and open with all necessary amenities. I would absolutely stay here again.   Clean and immediately available upon our arrival. Wonderful view of ocean and beach. A few things that would have been helpful: all remotes with batteries, new battery for kitchen clock, hot pads for removing items from oven! King comforter and sofa pillows need to be cleaned.

  This condo has everything you could want ~ and the views from the balcony were amazing! The condo was in great shape and had a very comfortable feel!!   This was the first time I've rented a condo and the experience was amazing. From booking online at to the day we arrived to see the condo in person. The condo and balcony were larger than expected and it was very clean. Easy access to the beach and pool. The condo was on the top floor in a corner so only one shared wall which made it very quiet.

  My elderly friend and I had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this location. The moment we entered, we wished our whole family were there to share this spectacular place. The view from Saida II was incomparable. The condo was clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils, etc if you wish to cook. We preferred to spend our time on the beach and patronize the local restaurants. You have innumerable choices all along the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and wholeheartedly recommend this particular condo. We shall return!!

  The condo was a real treat. Plent of room, great view, nice beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was large with every thing we needed. The pools in the Saida complex were great too.   This was our second stay at this property, and we were very satisfied again. Modern and open condo, with lots of room. The Saida property is well kept and secure. The staff at Rent on Padre was prompt and courteous. The electric grill was not working when we arrived, one call and the next day we had a new one. We have reserved this condo again for next year!!

  Check in time is 4pm but the cleaning crew was still there. We had to wait until about 430p-445p to unload our stuff. The location is perfect! We found sugar ants in the kitchen but spayed for those. There was only one dish towel and dish rag with the washer and dryer being down stairs it would be nice to have more. There were plenty of towels/hand towels in the bathrooms. I feel like the unit could use some fresh paint but overall very comortable and an excellent view.

  Great view of the Gulf. Big terrace to view the Gulf, grille, eat outdoors, etc. Easy check in. Nice pools and hot tubs. The unit did have very poor water pressure and could use a little maintenance. Especially the front door, a strong wind blew it half open because the latch on the non-entry door came loose.-

  Love our stay here at Saida 2606. We stayed here last year around the same time. We had a few issues last year that we let the management team know about and they took care of them and had NO issues this year. We love the amazing view, the closeness of the beach, the amenities. The weather was just perfect!! Our kids love the place and we're going to try to make this a yearly thing.

  Lovely condo, very close to the beach. Almost everything about this property is excellent. From the spacious kitchen, king size bed in master bedroom, the over sized patio with an absolutely gorgeous view, to the security on the property. The only thing that might be an improvement is the condition of the living room furniture. We've already reserved for next year.
