Included in this condo is a King size bed in the Master Suite. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, with a full on the bottom, Twin on top, as well as a trundle bed underneath. You also get a sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo sleeps 8. It is a very spacious condo with an incredible view.

The Kitchen is wonderful. You will love cooking in this kitchen! The view here is wonderful. Every Kitchen deserves this view!

Nicely decorated and the small extras were appreciated. I brought a fan to drown out the noise from the other tenants and a topper, because I am used to sleeping on a luxury mattress at home.   The views from the balcony were great. The condo is clean and is as pictured on the listing. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and other needs. We had an issue with the lock, and they sent someone over to change the lock within 15 minutes. Hand soap was provided in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen.

  We love this condo. With that being said, this was our 5th year to stay here. Our bliss makes us oblivious to some of the minor inconveniences. For instance, the bathroom electrical outlets (in either bathroom) do not work. This is the 5th year they have not worked. And just random outlets in the condo don’t work, like the bottom plugs by the bed (not the top ones, just the bottom...strange...just inconvenient). Also, the smell in the front bathroom is horrendous like sewage. Again, all five years. I’m not sure if there’s anything that can be done about that, but it really is unpleasant. This comment has more to do with the property and not the condo. While at the pool, especially on the weekends, people will play music really loud (which is ok) but the music is foul and full of cursing and swearing and children and grandparents are everywhere and no one said anything to them about their choice of music. We actually left the pool bc the music was so offensive. With all of that being said, we love the condo. It is clean, and well kept, and we will be there for year 6.

  We had trouble with getting all the outlets to work multiple times. We flipped breakers and nothing seemed to help. We called maintenance and left a voicemail twice, but no one ever called back so we just used the outlets that did work (about half). Then our last night the power went out entirely and we had to try to clean the condo in the dark. Rent in Padre staff was always very nice and helpful, but the condo staff now so much. Also when we got there, the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months and your feet were black within minutes if you were barefoot in the condo. Overall, it’s a beautiful condo with a great view, but some experiences were less than ideal. We enjoyed laguna bobs and tequila sunset for dinner and night life.

  We stayed at Saida 3105 over Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time with our two grandkids. Our biggest concern was traveling during Covid but the property was very compliant with the guidelines, requiring masks in the elevators and buildings. The unit was well furnished with a GREAT view overlooking the courtyard and gulf. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The weather was perfect and we took advantage of the one heated pool quite a bit. The only downside is the number of dogs at the property detracted from the experience.

  We had a very relaxing few days in South Padre! The condo was very spacious and had an excellent location! We had short walks to a variety of restaurants and shops. Of course the beach was the main attraction! It was spectacular as always! Another thing we really liked about this particular condo was that you could see the bay from the kitchen and the ocean from the balcony!
  The only "negative" was that the soap was very watered down, so you may want to bring some of your own in addition to your shampoo and body wash!

  We enjoyed our time completely. The unit was very roomy for our family of 5 and the view was beautiful. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. It was nice having a keyless entry and it was a short walk to the beach past the tennis courts. The sand was so soft and there is a hose at the gate to rinse off toys and kids. We never had to wait for an elevator but it was not very crowded.
  
  Only cons were there was no essential seasoning like salt or anything so make sure you buy everything you need. The 2nd is that the 2nd bathroom by the kids room does not have a good shower. It only came out as a trickle and not enough to actually rinse off. Owners were alerted to the fact. It did not matter too much as we just used the master shower to wash off our kids.

  We traveled to SPI over Christmas from Iowa. This was our first big road trip with our 4 kids. We had a wonderful week! The condo was perfect for our family! It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the Gulf and the Bay. The location was great as well ... near restaurants, shops and activities. We spent everyday at the pool or beach and every night we dipped into the hot tub. The beach is just a short walk through the property. The beach/sand was so soft and we even got to see 7 rescue turtles released back into the ocean. Thank you for a trip we won't soon forget. We hope to be back to SPI in the near future and would definately stay at this location again.

  We spent a week in S. Padre. The condo was accommodating. Appliances could use an upgrade but were usable.. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and cookware. Knifes in the wood block are in need of replacement...broken handles on a few and not very sharp. There were several light bulbs out through put the condo and the door to the patio has a crack at the bottom. Condo is a short drive to entertainment and shopping. Security is very good. Parking spaces are limited. I would recommend the condo.

  We had an absolutely amazing Christmas vacation with the kids... 7 of us stayed here with plenty of room. The condo was very clean and modern, kitchen was fully stocked, and the staff and other residents in Saida were very nice. There were plenty of towels and hot water for all of us, which is a necessity! Our only issues were the electrical outlets (hit and miss - had to reset fuses often which seems preventable) and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Even with a busy schedule, we still have 5 kids who use electronics in the evenings so that a bit of a hassle. The rental manager was very responsive and helpful - we would definitely stay again!

  This condo was very spacious for a family of five. It was clean and the furniture was in pretty good condition. Being on the 10th floor, the view of the gulf was fantastic! We had an issue with the WiFi in the unit. The router probably just needed to be reset. The AC worked well in every room but the master bedroom. It did get a little warm in the bedroom with the door closed. The property as well as the 3 pools were in good condition and well maintained. Of course the best part was the beach! Fluffy sand and the water was clean and clear!

  The property more than exceeded our expectations, the interior was spotless it could not of been better. The large patio overlooking the three pools and the beach was exceptional. The grounds crew made sure everything always looked great. I noticed a lamp globe was knocked off on the outside grounds, within 5 minutes it was picked up and replaced with a new one. That was the way they maintained everything.
  I would recommend Pier 19 for a good restaurant.

  It was very easy to slip into island time from this 10th floor property overlooking the pools, tennis courts, and the beach. The view is beautiful and relaxing. The property description was accurate. The property was clean and fully equipped. The property manager was excellent to work with and responded quickly to questions and needs. The property is located close to restaurants and shopping. Loved it here and will definitely come again!

  We had a very nice time and the location was great! The pictures are pretty true and for the most part it had everything we needed. The only issues we had was the lack of cable in the livingroom and WiFi throughout. The managers did come by and try to help but in the end we fixed it ourselves on our last night there - just had to switch the cable from one outlet to the other on the wall for some reason that worked. There were sugar ants in the kitchen and in our mind a lack of kitchen utensils if you were going to stay for more than a couple of days. We ate out most of the time so did not have too much of an issue with 2 adults and 3 kids, but if we had cooked every meal there would have been a lack of serving dishes/cooking utensils for sure. But those were minor things for us as the view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family. Location is also perfect and within walking distance to dining and shopping! We would definitely stay at this location again!!!

  My wife and I have discovered Padre Island later in life than most and I've been tryying to find a truly great place to stay that is clean and not cramped at all. We have paid more for much smaller condos where the bedrooms were just slightly larger than the bed. This place has it all and Rent on Padre was so helpful setting it up and answering questions perfectly. I almost never give reviews but this experience really deserves one. My long search is over!

  Found out that fall weather is not as mild as January/February weather! Still had a good time at our favorite vacation spot. Positives: Good gate security. Large condo unit. Lots of pools, hot tubs and tennis courts. Location near bridge.
  Comfortable beds and sofas.
  Negatives: Found dirty sheets and towels and dirty oven when we arrived. Cooking utensils looked like what was left behind at a garage sale - had to go and buy a frying pan. Lack of response from rental agent to dirty laundry complaint. Motel 6 quality decor.

  Great location, excellent property layout and beach access. Unit was clean, and of adequate size. Not adequate cookware, though. Could have used a few more pots & pans. Overall, the unit was in good shape but twin beds in 2nd BR were really flimsy. Even for teens. Queen bed in main BR was fine, though. Also, the front door was a little dilapidated and had large enough crack in it that light streamed through. Seemed a little less secure. I did enjoy the key less entry, though. That made it convenient due to our late arrival. Enjoyed the free popcorn as arrival gift. :-)

  Upon entering I was shocked at the actual size. It is very spacious. But, the part that awed me the most, was the view. It's absolutely breathtaking.
