The Villas 6401 Fountain Way

This is a STUNNING and spacious beach house from Rent On Padre that sleeps 10 located in the Villas of South Padre Island. This 4BR/3.5BA House provides plenty of room for everyone. There are living rooms on each floor as well as private decks. You wont be disappointed.

This is a home that provides you with lots of sleeping space! There is a King size master bedroom, the second bedroom is a Queen size bed. In the third bedroom you get a twin bed as well as a trundle bed. One of the two living rooms has a sleeper sofa. The Last Bedroom is the coolest. This room is a huge room, taking up most of the third floor. It is a game room, TV room, Bar room, and of course, has 1 bunk bed and a twin bed off to the side. The bunk is a full bed on the bottom and twin on top.

There are Patios on every floor. You will enjoy sitting outside soaking up the sun eating your meals.

This condo is located in an Exclusive Gated Property within The Villas of South Padre. This Community has its own private Swimming Pool, Hot tub, and tennis courts. It is a short walk to the beach, just around the corner. The Landscaping is phenomenal. There are lots of lush palms and tropical flowers throughout this wonderful community.

Nearby activities include: Golf, Tennis, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

Please note, The Villas of South Padre Island allows families only. This home requires the primary renter to be 25 years of age or older and the head of household. This home does not allow Spring Break groups. Rest assured, your family will not be surrounded by Spring Break Party houses. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here. The Villas also requires a 3 night minimum.

  Rent On Padre/Melissa was very attentive to some odds and ends. This made our stay feel special. The only negative I have is that the house needs some general maintenance and window covers, but overall, I would likely stay again. I would especially use Rent On Padre again.

  We enjoyed our recent stay on South Padre Island. Our family makes a trip to the island annually but this was our first time staying at this property. The house was absolutely beautiful and very close to the beach. We had plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals. The balconies were amazing for drinking coffee in the mornings and watching the full moon eclipse in the evening. The gate attendants were friendly and helpful. Melissa was great to work with and very helpful with tips and making check-in smooth and painless. We are definitely are planning to return for another stay at this property!

  A lot of wear and needs some work, but it was very clean. Spacious with a full bath and living area on each floor. WiFi was weak and spotty. The sofa bed was broken and not useable and the trundle bed didn’t pop up. Mixer, electric can opener and microwave turntable didn’t work. Definitely time for new cookware. However the proximity to the beach was fabulous! We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The small gated community was quiet and safe. Location was great.

  We really loved this house. The layout is perfect for large families or multiple families. Multiple living areas and porches allow for good visiting as well. The beach is steps away and the neighborhood pool, hot tub and tennis courts are great amenities. The home is sparse on kitchenware, so if you have a favorite pot, blender or knife, you better bring it. The house could use a few more curtains in the bedrooms. However, we will definitely stay here again.

  The property was very well maintained. The only disappointment was not being able to have any guest in the home besides the ones staying at the location. Only ten bands are given and that includes children. Besides that felt very safe, clean, and very spacious, some rooms could of used blinds to keep sunlight out in the morning. Access to the beach and pool are a short walk away. Would stay there again if it were only one family going.

We did not get to enjoy the patios only because it was too hot and muggy to be outside, but the beach had a great breeze. We are so glad that we were able to take our fur babies with us too. The bottom floor furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The dishwasher racks were rusted, and the bed should have been a king. It was surface clean but needed a deep cleaning. The was no garage door opener, and our truck could not fit in the garage, but we were happy to have one for our car. The upstairs was better in regards to comfort.

  Our rental was in a beautiful gated community. It was close to the beach and safe and secure. The house had plenty of room along with some updating. The furnishings on the bottom floor were stained or worn, however. The chairs that went with the dinner table were very uncomfortable. There were no side table by the couch or chair. In the little cozy nook on the second floor had a torn ottoman which lost the nooks appeal. I would recommend this house if the owners updated the furnishings!!

  This property was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering. My elderly parents stayed in the bedroom bath on the bottom floor, where the living area is, so they didn't have to navigate stairs. Hubby and I stayed on the very private second floor suite, while the kids and grandkids had the top floor to themselves. Perfect. I am a serious "foodie", though, and the kitchen equipment was sorely lacking. I'm very glad that I brought a suitcase full of items from homes to cook with and that Walmart was not far away in Port Isabella, as I had to purchase a few items that I consider kitchen basics (measuring cups, hand mixer, cookie sheet). If you always eat out, you'd never miss these.

  The house was nice and we had sleeping space for our family Location was great,close to beach and pool. The kitchen could have been better equipped. There were many little things wrong with the property. All problems we told the agent about were taken care of. The property owner should maintain the house a lot better. Melissa, the rental agent, was very professional and helped us with the problems.

  The house is in great shape. Washer and dryer worked great as did all the other appliances. We even figured out how the intercom system worked to play music. The Internet service worked well, too. The community was quiet and once inside the house, very quiet. The property sleeps 10 people VERY comfortably. The only reason I'm rating a 4 star versus 5 is because an investment in setting up the kitchen to be able to cook for 10 people would be an improvement that would have made our stay amazing. We enjoyed watching fireworks off the garage patio at 9:15.

  Fantastic home perfect for a holiday with kids. Great location in gated community,with minutes walk to pool and private beach entrance. Keyless entry makes it a breeze to get in and out. Rooms are large and generous in size. Kitchen well equipped. Cribs and high chairs available for rent from another provider. We had a great time and would book again!

  An excellent location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for large families with pets. This gated community was very friendly and safe. Property management was extremely helpful. The Island has many restaurants with daily specials which always help the pocket book.
