Welcome to Sunset Landing Condos from Rent On Padre. This is a gorgeous condo with all the high end finishings. You are going to love the quiet location of this condo as well as its 10 foot ceilings. Sunset Landing #3 is less than a block from the beach, so you don't have to go far to put your toes in the sand.

This fabulous condos is a 2BR/2BA condo that sleeps up to 6 people. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and it's own en suite. The second bedroom is a queen size bed. This makes it great for 2 couples to travel together. There is also a sleeper sofa for the kids! You will love this gorgeous kitchen with its granite counters and stainless steel appliances

You will love being here! This condo is centrally located to many restaurants and the movie theater. Once you have had a chance to relax, this unit is centrally located so you will be minutes away from some of the best surfing, kite boarding, windsurfing, para sailing, fishing and birding in North America -- everything the island has to offer to ensure your vacation is truly an adventure.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March, this condo is only allowed to be rented by the month. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here. This Unit also requires a 4 night minimum.

  The pictures do not do it Justice. This place is so colorful and beautiful. The tall valets ceilings and crown molding give it a grand and elegant feel. Kitchen it top of the line. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and lovely. Lots of closet space. Big DVD collection and several board games for down time. Easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed the little pool out back. Very warm. The showers on the side and back of house were great for washing off sand too. We will definitely stay here again.

  This was our second year staying at this lovely condo. What you see in the photos is what you get. The condo was clean when we arrived but there were a few items that needed attention. We brought it up to Melissa and Billie jo and they took care of the problems in a very timely manner. Their customer service was great. We would recommend this property to everyone.   Hi, we had good time in the condo. The only comment I have is that there was no garabage disposer. That would result in excess food being put in the trash and possibly attracting bugs. I did also notice loose screws on the stairs leading up to the apartment.

  Well kept property, very close to the beach. Had one rain day and we took advantage of the supplied board games with our adult children and has more fun than anticipated. Pool area could be more inviting but was clean and appreciated. Smoke alarm battery was dying when we got there so chirped every 30 second. Maintenance man was there in 15 minutes once we called.

  Lovely, clean and well kept rental on S Padre Island. Condo management very easy to communicate with-a big plus!   Had a great stay but took precautions and left a day earlier than anticipated due to hurricane Harvey. Location was great, only a block from the beach and plenty of stores nearby. Place was clean, lots of space, plenty of towels provided, kitchen was well equipped with plates, pots/pans, utensils, pretty much anything you need. Pool was always clean and maintained. The water was always warm, I'm sure do to it being late August. Keyless entry was very convenient. Overall, everything you need in a home away from home was provided.
  
  Cons: Water pressure in showers was low and and it did not have a handheld sprayer. I have very thick hair and it was a challenge to wash. It would also be very handy if you have small children. The master bedroom bed made a lot of creeky noises. The guest bedroom matress should be replaced, was hard as a wooden board, no cushion at all. Our 7 year old daughter slept on it and it was ok for her weight but anyone larger, it will not be comfortable at all. There was no grill or at least we couldnt find one so my husband ended up buying a small one.
  
  Other than a few minor but fixable issues, our stay was great and the staff at rent on padre was awesome! Catherine was very friendly and helpful. I would certainly rent from them again.

  This rental was a last minute and best decision. My friend came to visit from Michigan, so my husband, she and I chose to take a quick trip to S. Padre. This was a beautiful condo that was located on the second floor of a quadplex house just a block away from the beach. The condo looks exactly like the photos. The management company was kind and clear with instructions. We brought a lot of our own food and coolers to save on island rates. If you choose this option, please note to bring ice trays. The fridge has the option, but is not set up. We had to stop every night for bags of ice. We also had to buy dish soap and laundry detergent. If you are staying longer than the 4 nights that we did, bring additional toilet paper and paper towel. They supply you with rolls, but a limited amount. Please note that these are not complaints, just advise. Our only real issue with the property was the one set of neighbors, who arrived two days before we left. They slammed doors all night, had a party one night at the pool in which we had to ask them to move their vehicles from our parking space. We also chose not to use the pool after they arrived as they dragged large amounts of sand into it. They were nice, but loud. Bring socks or slippers as there is no carpet in the condo and be advised that the showers are small. The spare bedroom mattress is a futon mattress, so best for teens or kids, not really adults over a long period of time. The master bedroom was great! I would absolutely stay at this condo again. We loved the location, colors, vibe and spacious feel.

  Awesome rental! It was just a walk from the beach which was great. Showers outside for after the beach. Great pool and kitchen was fully stocked. The rental was clean but the stove had a thick coat of grease on it. Only negative was when we arrived 2 other vehicles were parked in our assigned spot and had no parking slip on their dash. When I called about it I was told it wasn't a requirement to have the parking slip but it was stated on the slip to display it in the window.

  We came as two couples as a getaway. We drove from Perkins, Oklahoma and it was a terribly long drive but this vacation rental was super nice. It was clean and it had everything we needed to cook if we wanted. We do wish that we would've stayed a couple more nights just to make the drive worth it a little more. But we were able to walk about a block to the beach and we did utilize the pool a little bit. We loved having two bathroom. If we go back to Padre I would use them again for sure.

  This beautiful condo had everything we needed during our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the beach and short walk to dollar general to get supplies and food. I wish we had planned to stay longer! Loved it!

  This rental is very good for families with up to 4 children. Convenient location to all the beach access circles and to Padre Blvd. It is clean, with a nice sized kitchen and laundry facilities. Just being extra picky with the review, I would suggest having a waste basket in the hallway bathroom, fixing the filtered water unit in the refrigerator, and arranging for the pool to be cleaned daily (leaves from the neighbor's trees fall in the pool constantly). In addition, the wireless internet router has a very poor signal in the master bedroom... works fine in the hallway bedroom and the living area.

  Great location, the condo was well kept and beautiful. Only bad thing was the bed was ver hard and one of the sheets was dirty. Other than that the location and quick reponse from the renter made this an amazing experience :)
