Surfside II #210

If you want convenience to the beach, Surfside II #210 is the condo for you. It is located just across the street from the beach. This is a 2BR/2BA from Rent On Padre located right on Gulf Blvd. You can't get any closer without paying beachfront prices. This condo has wonderful Beachy colors. The updated kitchen is amazing. Granite countertops throughout this condo. There is a 50" Smart TV in the living room and flat screen TV's in each bedroom room as well as high speed internet to keep you connected to the outside world!

This wonderful 2/2 sleeps up to 6 people. You get a King in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. You also get a sleeper sofa in the living room. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.

  This was our second time to stay at this rental. Everything was perfect and clean. My only thing I’d improve or that might make me consider renting elsewhere is better mattresses and pillows. Definitely bring your own pillow if staying here. We returned for the great location right across from beach access 22.

  We had a wonderful stay for 3 months. We had excellent service from Melissa when our tv would not work. The furniture on the balcony needs to be removed as it is very rusty and very cluttered so that it makes the balcony hard to enjoy.

  The check in procedure was simple and efficient. The Good: Washer/Dryer, Deck/Porch, King sized bed, Full sized fridge. Surfside seems to be well built and solid. The things that could be improved are: Remove the clutter. Too much furniture and dishes for the space allowed. The deck out front is also very full of chairs and benches with little room for anything else. Also the AC closet had a strange gurgling sound that would come and go. Overall we were pleased and would definitely stay again.

  El apartamento era viejo, bien equipado , limpio excepto el suelo que te dejaba los pies negros. Los sofás estaban bastante sucios.   This condo is the perfect location for a family beach vacation! We loved sitting on the balcony every morning and evening. Just a few quick steps and we were enjoying the waves on the beach! Very close to shops and restaurants!
  
  The electric grill did not work and we did not find this out until after we had purchased food to cook on the grill. But that didn’t really impact our trip. Just a little juggling to make it work. The living room couch could use a good cleaning as it had visible stains and was a little stinky. Again nothing that dampened our visit. The pillows on the beds were lacking for sure (both in amount available and in comfort) and we were glad we brought our own from home. All minor things that did not impact our enjoyment of the condo or vacation at all!! Only noting for a clear view of the condo.
  
  Pool was clean and centrally located in the complex making it easy to use if you want to.
  
  This really is a great condo for location and comfort! We were very happy here and will for sure stay here again! Thank you! We will be booking again for next summer!

  We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the kitchen! I think we spent most of our time sitting on the balcony people watching! The beach access was maybe a 1/4 block down, so not far. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in.

  I had no complaints about the condo. It was fine. Walking into the facility felt like walking into a low rent apartment building. The walls were dirty, the outside was unkempt. It really bugged me every time I went in. The property management company was incredible. I would use them anytime.

  Our vacation was great! The condo had everything we could’ve asked for. If we had stayed longer we would’ve done some cooking. Kitchen was equipped with all needs. Laundry room was a plus! Balcony was great for morning coffee and for my toddler bacon and scrambled eggs. She loved it. Parking was easy and close to restaurants and shops for walking. We will definitely be back.

  Remember when renting a vacation home meant you could expect a bottle of wine and a personal note from the owner upon arrival? No longer!
  
  This management company is stingy with basic amenities like bar soap. The kitchen was well equipped to handle our home-made Christmas dinner with one glaring omission - NO oven mitts?! Not even a dish towel.
  
  Even Motel 6 provides bar soap and a hair dryer.

  Our unit was across the street from beach which was very convenient. Outside our door you have a great view of the pool which was great to keep an eye on kids. There was too much random furniture inside but the unit was very clean.
  Two minor issues: micro gives a burn (electrical) smell and there was no broom.

  Great location, perfect little condo to stay in for the weekend or longer! Easy check in and check out process, close to the beach and great parking location. We loved eating at Gabriella's Pizza, the painted Marlin and KIC's Ice Cream. We ventured up North but the beaches had mosquitoes, the beaches close to the condo were a bit small at high tide but most of the time it was perfect. A short walk down the street had some great beach locations.

  The condo was as advertised. It was neat, clean, and was stocked with everything you'd need to have a wonderful stay. For us the most important feature was it's proximity to the beach. The walk from the condo to the beach is a couple of hundred yards, maybe 5 minutes away. The beach was spectacular. If you want a change from the Gulf waters, the condo has a nice pool, and hot tub to splash around in. Everything on SPI is close; grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. Make sure you see the Sea Turtle exhibit. This was our first visit to SPI. We'll be back, and we'll definitely will be using Surfside II, #210 again.

  We met relatives in SPI who stayed in different locations. One across the Blvd. the other in a hotel south of this location. This home was impressive to all and when you can make relatives jealous it’s a plus! While theirs were dated, a bit run down and lacking in many areas, 210 was clean, very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It was so well supplied with all the necessities of home we called the cabinets magical! Whatever we needed we found it in the cabinets or drawers (except scissors) and that is as picky as I can get! The management company is friendly and enjoyable to work with. The location is across the Blvd from the beach and in great proximity to all businesses. We travel frequently and this was a home run.

  We rented for 5 nights over Christmas. Satisfied with the condo. It was clean and in pretty good repair. The only minor issues we came across was a window in the main bedroom would not stay open, the screen door handle only worked by twisting in 1 direction, and the cable t.v. outlet had exposed wires. But, none of these were bothersome to us. Beautiful patio, very convenient access to beach, nice pool and hot tub. I do recommend this unit. We enjoyed our stay.we even forgot a very important bag in the unit and had to get back in after the checkout time, and the management company helped us with that.

  We had a pleasant vacation. Despite arriving to shattered glass all over the entryway area in front of the condo due to possible winds from hurricane Harvey we had a good stay. There was a broom just inside the condo so we cleaned up the mess. I quickly called the manager and she was pleasant and said maintenance would be coming to fix the window. It was just the storm door window so it was only a minor issue. Other than that inconvenience, everything was fine. The master bedroom bath was small but the bed was comfortable (which is usually an issue with rentals). The location is across the street from the beach which was an easy walk. The pool area was very nice and had a convenient shower for washing off the sand from the beach. Overall, it's an older condo but is kept up and clean.

  Everything about this place was great. Location was literally across the street from the beach (although other hotels block the view). located on 2nd floor - front overlooks pool/hottub area and back overlooks street. it was nice to stand on back porch and watch cyclists, runners, rollerbladers go by. The condo itself has been upgraded and it's nice. Decor was beachy, cheerful but not overdone. I'm one of those that looks for dirt and it was pretty darn clean. Washer/dryer/dishwasher all worked great. We will definitely stay here again.
