Gulfpoint is the tropical resort that you always wanted to stay at. This condo is fantastic and the resort is even better. The amenities here are as good as it gets. This is a wonderful beautifully kept gated community with gorgeous pools and hot tub. It also has a clubhouse with game tables and a gym, as well as tennis ball, and basketball courts, and a playground. You will love grilling in the shaded BBQ area. Gulfpoint condos have a lot to offer everyone. You are also steps away from the beach and Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

This Rent On Padre condo is gorgeous. It is a 2BR/2BA sleeping up to 6 people. You will definitely enjoy being here. There are lots of tropical touches. Included in your condo, the Master Bedroom has a king size bed and the Second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The bathrooms have 2 newly renovated showers. You are on the 3rd and top floor. So you will never hear people moving around above your head. You also get flat screen TV's in each room.

You are located on the southern part of the island, right off the causeway. There are some great restaurants that are walking distance or a short drive. If you feel like staying in for the night, You have a gorgeous galley style kitchen with plenty of room to cook. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Wristbands are required for all guests. Holiday weeks and June through August 24: $20 each, March though Easter: $35, last week of July through first week of August: $35 each. Other times: $10 each. These will be purchased upon arrival when you check into the Gulf Point office.

  Condo: is not what we expected it to be. It was very beat up, falling apart, and out dated. Several tiles throughout the condo are broken, main bedroom flooring has major separation. They have too many unneeded pieces of furniture in the condo. 1small love seat and a leather chair in living room but two high top tables and chairs and a bar. Main bedroom packed with furniture. Beds were comfortable. Washer and dry worked great. Kitchen appliances are updated and nice. Kitchen sink has no pressure at all. Cabinets could use a major deep clean.
  Resort: it’s older but the maintenance crew, security, and office staff are fabulous. All the amenities are awesome.
  Rent on padre: I very much enjoyed the staff that I worked with. They were also great and very on top of everything. I would use rent on padre again but would choose a different condo that’s more updated.

  You have to pay to use the pool which wasn’t convenient at all because the office closed at 5, the description said it slept 8 the living area looks nothing like the photos and it only slept 6. The showers were not cleaned properly I had to clean them again myself and there is one maintenance worker who harassed everyone there making it uncomfortable.

  The location is wonderful. The owner and Melissa, our leasing agent, was wonderful. Even though the Spectrum TV service is awful, we will be back next year.   Condo was great, clean, had everything needed. Location to beach was fantastic. Kids loved the pool and community gameroom. Room had some nice upgrades, like Smart TVs. These came in handy when there were issues with the complex. The pool was closed for 2 days of our stay, and the elevator was broken for the same 2 days, making hauling luggage 3 flights not super fun. Hopefully they do some investing in the property so it can be at the same standard as the actual condo, which we loved.

  I had rented from you once before at Sadia tower. It was amazing. Gulf point had a fire so there was no beach access. I would of appreciated knowing this. The day after we got there they closed the pool and firepits. Other condos did not dothis. We had plan two meals for the grill. The condimium dish washer made a terrible noise and they need to spay for mosquitoes in the garage. We killed at least 10 that got in the van.

  The vacation rental had very good directions and a great location. The good stuff-the bedrooms were nice, the bathrooms are nice, the location was central and had a very community feeling, iand the beach access had access to Schlitterbahn bar. The bad-the pull out couch was nearly impossible for an adult to sleep on. The pullout couch collapsed in the middle had no sheets on it nor were there any seats available. It was a bit confusing Who to call for the sheets because there is a condo office, a rental company, and another number to call. The extra bedding was nice, and the kitchen seemed fairly well supplied, stove did not heat evenly and did not cook well. The dishwasher was mediocre. Oh and his sheets on the pull out couch had stains on them and it was so difficult to get the pull out couch back into the couch it took three people, and there was a big piece of plywood to put on top of it.

  A side from the miss communitcaton upon of arrival of the cleaning crew the condo was very spacious and the fact that a lot of kitchen items, towels and the washer/dryer made the stay even more pleasant. I would have to say the only complaint we would have to be the noise the people would make walking to and from the elevator by the master bedroom and the secomd bedroom at night because it always sound like someone was coming to the bedrooms. A big plus was the parking garge and the private security. I hope that we can rent from your company again and highly recommed this room.

  We enjoyed our stay here. The only issue we had was check in was at 4:00 and when we arrived they were still cleaning and we had to stand outside for about 40 min. But other than that it was a great place. Plenty of room and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We also enjoyed the pool and grilling spaces outside. I would come back here.

  The condo is nice but the water setup is horrible. It's hard to get hot water. I tried everything but nothing seem to have work. Some of the furniture in the bedrooms need to removed b/c its outdated, dusty and is useless. The wicker stand in the master bed room should be remove it's only purpose is to hold dust. Over all, I would recommend this property and I plan on renting it again.

  The condo was clean, as well as the complex and grounds. There is not a beach view, but there is still a nice bay view and it is only a short walk to the beach. We had difficulties with the gate codes, but the staff was helpful. At one point we had no water which lasted for about an hour, it took maintenance a while to fix the situation. Overall a good stay that I would recommend to many. I also would recommend only bringing 6 people instead of 8, the place looks bigger in pictures and only has 2 bathrooms.

  Condo itself is very nice and clean. A couple things to note: At night, some blackout curtains over the bedroom windows would be helpful to block out the light from the hallway that gets in. Bring hand soap for the sink. You need to pay for wristbands to be on the property. Property is not on the beach, but it's a really short walk to it - still a good location. Other than that, a really nice little place to enjoy SPI.

  The place was much smaller than expected. Very nice but unconditional couchette and no dining table for families to eat at together. The kitchen skink had pretty low water pressure. The property locked the game room and gym every day at 5pm so we were unable to use them in the evenings. Location was great just a quick walk to the beach and great outdoor showers on the path.

  Condo is exactly what it looks like in the pic, Although the condo has much more "security" than other that we have stayed before, we had our Tent/Easy Pop up stolen from the garage. We notified the office only to find out that cameras in garage weren't working. Also found a live roach in the condo, we notified the front office and my husband was told that it was a "GP (gulfpoint) water bug" and those were very common....Not a fun of those GP bugs!! Also one of the full size bed had the worst squeaky noise, I believe it was the mattress, seemed a little worn out on one side, it made it a little difficult to sleep in.
