You are going to adore this two bedroom / two bath condo from Rent On Padre. It is a wonderful retreat from your everyday life. This wonderful condo is where you want to spend your vacation. You are just around the corner from the beach! You also have several restaurants with in walking distance.

This lovely condo sleeps up to 8 people. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has 2 full size beds. You also have a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has plenty of room for everyone to relax at the end of the day. This condo is full of soft colors to make that relaxing easier.


Linens and bath towels are provided. The Kitchen has everything you need for your home away from home.


Nearby activities include: Golf, Water Park (seasonal), Surf Fishing, Bay Fishing, Deep Sea Fishing, Boating, Canoeing, Kayaking, Hiking, Fitness Center, Miniature Golf, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Surfing, Windsurfing, Museums, Beachcombing, Horseback Riding, Movie Theater, Nightlife, and many, many, restaurants.

  Condo property was clean inside and outside. It was suitable for our 3 night stay and Rent on Padre was very responsive when the A/C started giving us issues. Downsides were: no cameras for surveillance at the parking lot or pool area despite signs saying there was (some condos have a ring camera on front door) the stairs were a little wonky coming up and down, there is no grill, the furniture in the pull out sofa need change ASAP, there was no dishwasher but there is a washer/dryer! There were no extra bed linens and the pots/pans need change ASAP! Shower curtain liners were on the mildew/rust side and we had a lone cockaroach visiting us in the middle of the day! Since it was a holiday, all of the condos were booked and the slender pool was well packed by the weekend but we spent our time at the beach given the 5 minute walk to the nearest beach access. There is a wash off station outside the pool area which is a must on any property by the beach. I appreciate the rent on padre staff whom were prompt with confirming some lingering questions that VRBO does not advertise about the property and would consider staying here again due to close proximity to the beach access! Pets are welcome here too and my dog loved the walks to and from the beach for business purposes! Last but not least, I am not sure if code compliance is patrolling around any holiday time or you have to call and what the turnaround wait time is for them to address an issue, but this condo's bedrooms are facing the backyard of another rental property so keep that in mind as we had rowdy people come in on the second and third night of our stay with total disregard for curfews or normal sleep time for other people!

  Melissa Smallman is the property manager and she has never steered us wrong. The condo was clean and suited us just fine. Very quiet. But..there are 18 steps to go in/out. We didn’t have a problem with the steps, but this isn’t for someone with mobility issues.

  What a great condo in a small building. It is on a side street in case anyone was wondering. Easy walk to beach. There are a few nearby restaurants. We loved it. It was clean.

  Great customer service from Billy at Rent on Padre. The condo meet our needs. Plenty of room and comfortable. The condo description was accurate. It was clean and the maintenance staff was very responsive to our requests. I would recommend the condo except it needs to have a washer and dryer particularly if you have a family.

  It was nice but the pool sign say they closed at 11 but by 10:30 they would turn off the light pool it would be nice if the pool was open all night long because u go to the beach n by the time you come back you shower and eat and rest for a little bit and by the time you go to the pool it's late plus no washer or dryer that a must have

  The property was well maintained and clean however the pool was much smaller than I anticipated. Great distance from the beach-1 block. There was no washer and dryer in the unit, which if you are at the beach daily it should be provided. The primary bedroom had a television however no remote was provided and when I called in they said it was for a gaming unit or fire stick and those items usually come with their own remote. So I ended up watching cartoons with my grandchildren.
