It's time to relax on the quiet side of the Island. Come on down and check this lovely condo out. You have a great view of the Laguna Madre. You are on the Bay side of the island, but the beach is only a short walk away. Come relax in this 2BR/2BA condo. Each bedroom has a Queen size bed!

This is a great place for 2 couples or a small family to stay. There are only 8 condos in this building. If you are into windsports or kayaking, you can put in at the end of the road. Plus, you also get a one car garage to store your equipment or beach toys. If you are here during the summer, you can also view the Bayside fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony! The views are fantastic!

Centrally located near several great local hangouts and restaurants. The name tells it all, Bayview. You do have a great view of the bay.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here.

  The unit was very clean and had an acceptable amount of dishes and silverware. The couch and loveseat were very uncomfortable, but the beds were OK. The appliances are outdated, but everything worked! We were really pleased with Rent On Padre and the service they gave us!!

  The unit was nice and clean. Could be updated and the rooms need tv’s in them for the ones that want to relax stretched out on the bed. The table on the balcony is extremely wobbly and should be updated. Unfortunately the unit is NOT with in walking distance from the beach unless you like to walk a long ways. Over it was a good place to spend my wife’s birthday.

  This place had no curtains at all not even on the window connected to the patio not even mini blinds on that window everyone could see inside during the day or at night I had to put up towels so I can have some privacy during the night and in the morning as soon as the sun came out well that was light all over the place because there was only mini blinds in all of the rooms the coffee pot and the toaster work clean on the inside but very dirty in the inside I did not use any of them the refrigerator was Rusty in the inside and outside on the second day of our stay in the middle of the night they come out started running waking up everybody I could not get it to stop running so I had to cut the water off and it was a pain turning and on and off the water to use this commode

  This condo was perfect for what we needed. We had 2 adult couples staying here. It was clean, spacious, and the location was great! Check-in process is super easy and efficient. I absolutely love the coded door entry, which allows us to not have to deal with keys. We will definitely be staying here again!

  What a great condo. It was just what we needed. The building has no immenities, but that was ok, we weren't here to go swimming in a pool, we have that at home. We loved walking next door to the Porky's Pit food truck as well as the Coral Reef bar. Also, the views from the condo were great. You can see the bay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you.

  A lot of space: two big bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All rooms look very clean. The only problem is the smell likely from pest repellent gas. Expect to see cockroach, which is not avoidable in this warm weather.

  Property itself was acceptable. Location was disappointing. The view off of our balcony was a staging area for construction equipment, including cranes and heavy equipment. Neighbors had barking dogs that went on constantly into late night, and we know the management company has no control of that.

  A very nice location. Everything was acceptably clean and organized. The outdoor furniture was not useable probably due to Hurricane Hanna's wind. All but one chair was broken. That was our only complaint with the location. You can tell the place is well taken care of. Tile floors were easy to keep clean. The showers had plenty of pressure and hot water. Overall this place is a great value for the rental cost. We were here after a hurricane and during the COVID stuff and we had a great time. Beaches were clean. Restaurants were mostly open. Our favorite was a take out place called Captain Roys. The boat cruises and private fishing vessels were mostly open and available. We enjoyed the Pirate Cruise and the Sunset Dolphin Cruise. The only bummer during our trip was the County Parks and County Beaches were all closed because people wouldn't follow the COVID rules. The City Beaches were open but were also patrolled. It was fun for us at a time when vacationing was difficult. I can only imagine how much better it would be without all the COVID rules.
