Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here

You will love this 2/2 condo. You get a king size bed in the master bedroom with a twin and a full in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for the whole family. This condo sleeps a total of 6 people.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

  The listing was right when it said it was across the street from the beach! You can see the beach from the balcony! We loved it. Rent on Padre was amazing to work with and the place was clean. Be sure to walk up the street to Kelly's Irish Pub and have the Irish Nachos and a pint.

  Such a great place with a great location! The condo was clean and comfortable. Rent on Padre was awesome to work with. We loved their favorites list they sent us. We built a sand castle with Sandyfeet. That was so much fun. You must try that. The kids loved her! SPI is our home away from home. We will be back!

  What a clean place. We are pretty picky about where we stay. Our regular place was already booked. So we found this place. I think we have a new regular place to come back to.   Casi todo estuvo bien nada más el.check in es un poquito tarde viajamos 9 horas para llegar ahí y hable que si podíamos entrar a las 2 pm en vez de las 4pm y me dijieron que me hiban a regresar la llamada y nos quedamos esperando hasta las 4 por que no llamaron para atras y pues keriamos desempacar y descansar un rato para ir a la playa y más porque traíamos niños y ya venían cansados del viaje y que las sábanas de las camas estaban manchadas así que usamos las que traíamos nosotros y los muebles están flojos y pues creo que deberían estar bien porque si pasa algo con ellos te los cobran. Pero todo lo demás estuvo bien estuvo limpio y bonita decoración y buena ubicación.

  Our vacation was for the beach and this rental came though!!! We could see and hear the ocean from our room. Walked a short walk to the beach every day. The condo was great and had everything we wanted. Great price for the stay. Great place to walk and ride a bike. Free shuttle around the town which is great, didn’t really need to rent a car!!! Wonderful vacation!

  We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, equipped just as described, and part of a friendly complex. Granted, we visited just at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis, but our feeling was that most units were adults, respectful, and friendly.
