You will absolutely love this house. Everything in this house is brand new and upscale. It was remodeled from top to bottom in 2022! This owner has an eye for detail and luxury. No expense was spared in this amazing remodel. You won't be disappointed. Come on in, let's have a tour!

This house has an amazing open concept living area. You won't be blue when you are here. The upstairs is about the rest and relaxation and the downstairs is about enjoying yourselves. It's a little bit luxury, a little bit glam, a little bit modern, and a lot of fun. The owner didn't spare any money in his upgrade of this house. You even have an electric fireplace in the main living area. There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms, living room, and lower level. The beds are Purple memory foam mattresses. Upstairs you have 4 bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king and a private en suite. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom is for the kids with a full size bunk and twin trundle bed.

Even the bathrooms are fabulous. The white water ripples surrounds and blue vanities. All of the shower heads are rain showers, including the outdoor shower for when you get back from the beach. In the bathrooms, you also have a hand held shower wand to spray those hard to reach places. The en suite and the lower level both have stand alone showers. The main hallway bath upstairs is a tub shower combo.

You will enjoy relaxing outside while you are here. Upstairs you have a few Adirondack chairs to relax out front. In the back, there is a beautiful cedar dining set overlooking the pool. Plus you have an additional cedar table down by the pool under the deck. This is an especially great place to relax when you have had too much sun.

Downstairs you have an efficiency unit with its own kitchenette, bathroom, and living areas. For sleep down here, you have a sleeper sofa, a daybed with a trundle. If needed, there is an additional mattress in the closet that you can put on the floor. As I mentioned before, this lower room is about the fun. You have a Sauna indoors and direct access to the pool and hot tub outside. You also have a charcoal grill and another outdoor seating area to enjoy your time here.

One thing you also get in this house is access to the right garage. You can park your car here, your beach toys, and chairs. If you are a wind sports person, it is a great place to store your equipment.

    We made the decision to spend our family Christmas holiday at the beach this year. 2 single 50-somethings, 1 couple in their 30s with 2 kids ages 7 and 11; and 1 couple in their 20s, no kids. So 9 people total. This house was PERFECT! We all had our own space; and there are mulitple common areas for playing games, eating, and gathering. The hot tub in the back was a nice perk in the winter for sure! The house was super clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable, furniture is nice and comfy too. Great location as it's a block walk to the closest beach access; close to Wanna Wanna beach bar for afternoon drinks and food; Ship Shape and Island Market for shopping at the end of the street as well. Great house, highly recommended for a large group. The management company is easy to work with and friendly; and answered all questions immediately. Check in and out easy peasy with the door code.
