Gulfview I #611

This South Padre Island vacation rental by Rent On Padre is located in a resort district complex. It is right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (formally the Schlitterbahn waterpark). You also can see the SpaceX launches right from your private deck, as well as the Gulf, and shipping channel. This condo is a short walk to the beach. While you are out there, walk to the jetties for some of the best shelling on the island.

This is a great condo for a small family or group of friends. It sleeps 6 and is budget friendly. Gulfview I #611 is furnished with a casual beach theme. The building is fabulous with its wonderful pool, hot tub, club house, and grilling area. You also get on-site laundry and parking is right outside the building. Once you park, you can walk or take the Island Metro, SPI's free transportation shuttle to get up and down the island. If you have been here before, you can visit your favorite restaurants or find new ones. If you decided to stay in, you have a beautifully remodeled kitchen or enjoy the picnic tables and grills down by the pool.

Gulfview I #611 sleeps 6. You have a queen size bed in the master as well as a sofa that folds down. In the living room, you have a sleeper sofa. This is great for a small family.

We also manage another unit in this building and one in the building next door. Both buildings share the same pool! It is a great way to be together without being in the same condo!

  I told Melissa that my foreverman was really into SpaceX and I wanted to bring him down so he could visit and see the rockets, etc up close. During our conversation she said “wait a minute, I’ve got a condo with views of SpaceX.” And I t just happened to be vacant for the time we wanted to visit. We weren’t too sure about the building at first but the actual condo was wonderful! In fact, we are going back after Labor Day. Thanks Melissa for listening to our needs and providing a wonderful experience/surprise for my sweetie!

  It was very nice condo equipped with everything required for a small vacay. My family and kids enjoyed the beach and a short walk to the beach. Pool was nice and having elevator was awesome not to climb 6 flight of stairs. Overall I recommend the place. Very clean and neat place!
