Surfside II #201 by Rent On Padre is an updated condo located across the street from the beach. This is a great condo with a great price. You will love the details and care that the owner has put into the condo. You have 2 flat screen TV's, a beautiful kitchen for when you stay in, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the courtyard & pool. High speed internet is included at no extra charge.

It is a 2BR/2BA unit. This condo is a walk up unit to the second floor, but the steps are easy. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a second twin bed in the room. Surfside II #201 allows 6 people. Each en suite bathroom is a tub/shower combo.

The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It was super close to the beach which was great. And I also was excited about the balcony which was spacious and had comfortable chairs to relax on. The balcony had a nice view of the pool. The pool was never crowded which was great. The kitchen was nice and spacious it was supplied with everything I needed. The rental company also left a cute basket with supplies and south padre island cards to mail to family or whoever.over all it was a great stay.
